WWE Wrestlemania XL 2024 Prediction: Who are going to be the new/reigning champs this weekend?

Let's check out our WWE Wrestlemania XL 2024 prediction for each of the weekend matches on the card. There are a lot of events scheduled for both nights at this historic event. Many storylines will end here and most importantly we will see many champions either lose their titles or prove why they are the champs in the first place.

WWE Women’s Championship

Former teammates will clash for the WWE Women's Championship at Wrestlemania XL. Bayley won the Royal Rumble women's match and earned the right to choose which title to go for at the big event. Many thought that she would go for Rhea Ripley, including the rest of Damage CTRL, but she surprised everyone by challenging IYO SKY for the Women's World title. Tensions have been high between the former tag team partners, but everything will settle after the title match, and we think that Bayley will win.

International Championship

Gunther has been an Intercontinental champion for more than 650 days, which is more than any champion reigned before in the company. Will Sammy Zayn be the one to end the historic reign, or will Zayn dethrone him? Although many have tried and all of them got sent back to the line during the many times Gunther has defended his title, Zayn isn't just an ordinary wrestler. He is one of the best and we think that a win for him will set the stage for a new storyline. We are backing Zayn in this one because even losing the title after all this time will be a historic pay-per-view moment.

United States Title Triple Threat

The triple-threat match for the United States title will be between Logan Paul, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton. While Owens will probably use his anger against Paul for their last match, where the YouTuber cheated to win, Orton is the veteran here with a history of winning many titles. Most likely we will see the Viper let Paul and Owens have their revenge party and later, he will swipe up to pick up the pieces.

Women's World Championship

Since Ripley was left without an opponent at the Wrestlemania XL after Bayley chose her former partner, the women's elimination chamber match decided who would fight Ripley for the Women's World Championship. The winner of the cage match was Becky Lynch, who has been eyeing the title for a long time. Both candidates are top-tier WWE superstars and this will be one of the most popular matches for both nights. We are backing Lynch to win this match and win the championship.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship

A six-pack ladder match was decided for the undisputed WWE Tag Team title. The participating teams were chosen and each one of them proved why they would fight on the most anticipated night in wrestling.

As the champions Judgement Day will have a tough time defending their title against five other teams, so we think that a new team will be crowned champions at Wrestlemania XL. We are betting on The New Day.

World Heavyweight Championship

It isn't completely fair because all this time Seth Rollins has been recovering from an injury and he will have a match at night one, as well. The Scot will have the advantage here and considering WWE's promo of him in the previous months, we suspect that a title change might happen. Initially, CM Punk was supposed to fight for the title, but an injury set him back and McIntyre won in the Elimination Chamber match, which granted him the chance to compete for the title at Wrestlemania XL 2024.

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship

The storylines and speculations that started with the Kick-Off event have finally been put to rest and we know exactly who will fight for the championship. Cody Rhodes will face Roman Reigns at night two for the title, as the rules state because of his Royal Rumble win.

The Rock's appearance had us thinking that it would change for a while and many fans were against it. After the events during the Road to Wrestlemania, it was decided that Reigns and the Rock will face Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins during night one. This match isn't without consequences because it will decide the rules of the match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. If Rollins and Rhodes win, the Bloodline will be banned from ringside, but if Reigns and the Rock win, the match will be as they say, “anything goes.”
