The new age of MMA begins with the first event of the Bellator Championship Series. This stacked card will include two incredible title fights and will feature legends of the sport like Patricio Pitbull. Here is everything we know about the Bellator 302 payouts.

Bellator Fighter Pay: What Will Anderson vs Moore Be Paid?

Corey Anderson is number one in the Bellator light heavyweight division. He already fought for the belt, but failed to become a champion, and several years ago he was even among the top 10 light heavyweights in the UFC.

In just 5 fights since joining Bellator, the American fighter has 4 wins and one loss. The only one he lost to in the Bellator light heavyweight division was Vadim Nemkov who vacated his title to fight in heavyweight.

Speaking about money, Anderson is about to earn a fat check for his second title match. His purses increased significantly since joining the promotion. Going back a few years to the fight against Ryan Bader, Corey reportedly earned a flat check of $100,000.

After this triumph, he fought Vadim Nemkov twice and while we do not know how much he got in the rematch, we can confirm that Anderson got paid at least $250,000 for the first bout.

With this being the first official event since the merging of the two promotions, we believe that the Bellator 302 payouts will be bigger than usual. We predict at least $300,000 for Anderson here, possibly more.

As for his opponent, Karl Moore, the information about his past earnings is limited and we cannot give a confident prediction. However, we expect him to earn at least $200,000 or more but definitely less than his rival.

Bellator Payouts: What Will Pitbull vs Kennedy Be Paid?

While the main event will be amazing, we are more excited about the return of Patricio Pitbull. If you followed Bellator in the past, you would know that he is the only four-time World Champion in the history of the promotion and has multiple records on his name. This will be his 30th fight in the promotion and he won 23 of the 29 to date.

As a legend of the sport and the promotion, he has been earning big wages for years. His purses have ranged between $100,000 and $300,000 per fight since 2018 or 2019. We would place his salary somewhere in the middle for this bout – $200,000, maybe more.

As for his opponent, Jeremy Kennedy, he was supposed to fight a different man but fate smiled at him and matchmakers rescheduled for him to fight for the title. He is ranked #3 in the Featherweight Rankings.

There is less information about his past earnings but we can confirm that he got paid $55,000 as a guaranteed purse in 2022 when he fought Aaron Pico. With this information, we can predict a sum around $100,000 for this fight. Overall, the Bellator 302 payouts are definitely getting past $1-1.5 million.
