WWE Wrestlemania XL 2024 Card: Multiple Championships on the Line in Philadelphia

The biggest event in wrestling is about to play out in Philadelphia for the XL edition. Many different storylines intermingled, and a two-day match card was created. The temperatures will be running very hot on those two nights because we have some spicy matches set up in addition to the main event matches for the titles. Here, you can check out the WWE Wrestlemania XL lineup for both nights.

Some interesting matches were announced for the first night, including the long-awaited one between Lynch and Ripley for the Women's World Championship. Mami will have to protect her title again, and this time she will face “The Man.” Lynch has had an eye on the title for quite some time and it will be a very exciting match.

Different storylines will end on the first night and we also expect a few others to start based on the outcomes and surprises that WWE has in store for the fans. Here are all the matches announced for that night.

  • Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson & Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes & Seth “Freakin” Rollins
  • Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley vs. Becky Lynch
  • Intercontinental Champion Gunther vs. Sami Zayn
  • Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso
  • Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Six-Pack Tag Team Ladder Match
  • Rey Mysterio & Dragon Lee vs. Santos Escobar & Dominik Mysterio

Many things happened during the Road to Wrestlemania starting with the Vegas conference that started it all. We will finally see the tag team match everyone is waiting for. The battle of the brothers Uso will also be on the first night. That storyline has been almost a year in the making ever since Jey “protected” his brother by turning on him at SummerSlam.

We may even see new tag team champions as Judgement Day will face five other teams in a ladder match. Only one team will get the titles at the end. Are we going to see new champions or are the current ones going to prevail again?

The icing on the cake will be the tag team match between Reigns and the Rock vs. Rhodes and Rollins. The match isn't without consequences either. If the Rock and Reigns win on the first night, the match during the second night for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship will be with Bloodline rules, which means basically anything goes.

The Mysterio feud between Rey and Dominik will also reach its end with a match at Wrestlemania XL and we can't forget the Intercontinental title match, where Zayn will attempt to finish Gunther's reign as champion.

WWE Wrestlemania XL Lineup for April 7th

The second night of Wrestlemania will feature some interesting matches, like a six-man tag team match plus a triple threat match for the United States title among others. Let's see the full WWE Wrestlemania XL 2024 card for the 7th here:

  • Bobby Lashley & The Street Profits vs. Final Testament (Six-Man Tag Team Philadelphia Street Fight)
  • LA Knight vs. AJ Styles
  • Logan Paul vs. Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens (United States Title Triple Threat Match)
  • WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY vs. Bayley
  • World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre
  • Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes

As we expected, the World Heavyweight title match plus the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match will be held on the second night. Let's face it, they will probably be the last two of the evening because everyone is waiting for them. It's good that the Lynch vs Ripley match was scheduled for the previous night, so Rollins can have the support of his life partner for the title match.

Another popular one will be the one between IYO SKY vs. Bayley, considering that not too long ago they were fighting alongside each other as members of Damage CTRL. Now, they will face each other for the title itself. The two teammates are now going to be opponents and fight for the Women's World Championship.

We will see another storyline, which was quite short, end with the LA Knight vs AJ Styles match. Their feud started during the Elimination Chamber when Styles entered and viciously attacked Knight, which ended his chance of playing for the title. After many unsuccessful searches on Knight's part for payback, he finally challenged Styles to a match and received yet another beatdown after which the Wrestlemania match was scheduled between them.

The US title is also on the line and Logan Paul has made more than a few enemies since winning it from Mysterio. Only two of them will face him for the title in a triple-threat match. Owens has to get revenge for their last match together, where Paul cheated to win. The Viper set his sights on Paul after the Elimination Chamber match, where he again cheated and McIntyre took his chance, while Orton lost it because of Paul.
