Thurman-Porter March 5?

One of the topmost storylines to start this boxing season is: what's PBC going to offer this year? Will they pit their A guys against each other after being super hesitant to do that last year?

As I've been saying for a good long spell, I do believe they will. They have to.

People have been keen to see proof of that; much credit will go to the Haymon corp when and if Keith Thurman and Shawn Porter are matched up and we see where those high roller chips fall. As of now, I'm hearing they rumble likely March 5, likely at MGM, on CBS or perhaps Fox. But there is also a possibility, one knower told me, that PBC sees who wins the Jan 23 Danny Garcia vs. Robert Guerrero fight and that guy tangles with Thurman.

Another knower said nah, we will see Thurman-Porter. Chatting has been done about a Thurman-Kell Brook bout if Thurman downs the rugged Porter.

I think fans would be pleased with all these permutations. What say you, my friends?
