There are many wrestlers who have a legitimate claim to being called the best in the world, and one of them is Iyo Sky. Not many would disagree that Sky is really talented in the ring.
She’s consistently performed incredibly well during her matches, and the company has rewarded her with numerous titles and other accolades as well. It’s one thing for fans to call a wrestler “best in the world,” but does Sky believe the same?

Iyo Sky Says That She Is Honored To Be Called The Best Wrestler In The World
When Iyo Sky recently appeared on The Ringer Wrestling Show, she was asked about this. Sky said that she’s doing her best and can’t say that she’s the best in the world. She feels honored that other people are saying it about her.
“I really hope so,” Sky responded. “I’m doing my best, but I cannot say I am the best. If you guys are saying that, I’m so honored. I’m so grateful. I will keep doing what I’m doing now.”

Back in July, when Triple H appeared on ESPN’s First Take, even he called Iyo the “best in the world.”
Fans who have followed Iyo’s career before WWE have been saying this for a while now. She’s had countless great matches in Stardom before. It’s only now that she’s being prominently featured on WWE programming that other people are also learning about her in-ring talent.

Iyo Sky Failed To Beat Liv Morgan At WWE SummerSlam
After becoming the Queen of the Ring this year, Sky decided to go after Liv Morgan’s WWE Women’s Championship. Their match took place at SummerSlam, where Sky ultimately lost.
This week, Sky wrestled Roxanne Perez and La Catalina in a Money in the Bank qualifying match. Perez ended up winning this match.
