We are 17 days away from the Haney vs Garcia PPV and today we received word from lead promoter Golden Boy about the undercard of the scrap which will unfold at Barclays Center.
The main event features WBC Super Lightweight Champion Devin Haney (31-0, 15 KOs) against “King” Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs), who has been promoting the thing in interesting fashion.
The 12-round fight is presented by Golden Boy Promotions in association with Haney Promotions, KingRy Promotions, and Matchroom Boxing.
The event will unspool at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Saturday, April 20, live worldwide on PPV.
Chief Support For Haney vs Garcia Undercard
Arnold Barboza Jr. (29-0, 11 KOs) of El Monte, Calif. is to face WBO Intercontinental Title titlist Sean McComb (18-1, 5 KOs), out of Ireland.
Barboza last time out earned knockout victory January 2024 against Xolisani Ndongeni.

Bektemir “Bek” Melikuziev (13-1, 10 KOs) of Sholmbek, Uzbekistan defends his WBA Intercontinental Super Middleweight Title in a 10-round fight v Pierre Dibombe (22-0-1, 12 KOs) of Nantes, France.
Melikuziev last time out beat Alantez Fox via stoppage in October, and he is the No.10 super middleweight in the world according to ESPN’s divisional rankings.
Ramirez On Haney Vs Garcia Undercard in Brooklyn
WBA Interim Super Flyweight World Championship, John “Scrappy” Ramirez (13-0, 9 KOs) will battle Cartago, Costa Rica’s David “Medallita” Jimenez (15-1, 11 KOs).
Charles Conwell is ranked No 1 by the WBC
Opening the PPV is No.1-WBC ranked Charles “Bad News” Conwell (18-0, 13 KOs), making his Golden Boy debut.
He faces Nathaniel Gallimore (22-7-1, 17 KOs) of Des Plaines, Illinois in a 10-round super welterweight contest prior to Haney Vs Garcia.
