You are working your tail off, trying to make it in this gritty city. You’ve been doing well to get certified in personal training. But you want to round out your skills, and you are seeing those boxing classes at the gym you work out of. You need to learn to teach that skill?

Equinox, NY Sports Clubs, they offer boxing lessons…to get in the mix there, “they go through a two day clinic, it’s quite extensive, and they deal with four world champions, and they get a certificate that is good for one year.”

We will get a report from someone taking part in the clinic running today, Sept. 13, and Sept. 14, and get the lowdown on how they liked the process.
