She made her professional boxing debut in 2017 after she was approached by a legendary promoter – Mogens Palle. Within ten bouts, she earned herself a title shot at the IBF interim featherweight championship and won it against Karen Carabajal. She was later promoted to champion.
Once the pandemic was over, she beat Nina Meinke and then fought Amanda Serrano with all four world titles on the line. She won three rounds out of ten against the legendary champion but lost the fight. She has 14 wins and 1 defeat.

While Sarah Mahfoud is a former world champion, she is also a relatively new name in the sport. It is extremely difficult to make a confident Nicolson vs Mahfoud prediction.
