Santiago, a pro since 2014 and ranked in the top ten by the WBO and IBF, is looking for a victory after losing a unanimous decision to Jonathan Gonzalez in March on the undercard of the Jake Paul vs. Ryan Bourland main event. The two put on a head-to-head battle for 12 rounds. The scores were 116-112, 115-113, and 117-111, all in favor of the champion Gonzalez.

Villar is working to score a second straight win after a decision win against Kevin Vivas in July.

On the undercard, flyweight Juan Carlos Camacho of Puerto Rico (17-1, 8 KOs) faces Jayson Mama of the Phillippines (20-1, 10 KOs). Up for grabs is the vacant NABO flyweight title in the scheduled ten-round bout.

In an all-Boricua matchup, Christian Barreto (11-0, 8 KOs) takes on Miguel Angel Marrero (10-1-2, 4 KOs) in a six-round lightweight fight.

Nicolas Polanco of the Dominican Republic (22-7-1, 13 KOs) faces Leonardo Padilla of Venezuela (23-6-1, 16 KOs) in an eight-round showdown also at lightweight.
