Talking Next For Errol Spence and Danny Garcia

It’s October, and soon the holidays beckon, so it only makes sense that plans are being solidified which will make the boxing schedule set for the last quarter of 2017.

It very much looks like Errol Spence, the young gun sharpshooter from Texas, will get tested by the savvy vet Lamont Peterson, in December, we hear from Mr X,  on Long Island, NY.

Another one being whispered about is what is next for 29 year old Danny Garcia. The Philly 147 is 33-1, coming off a loss in his last outing, to pound for pound top tenner Keith Thurman, in a fairly close tango. He’d be the favorite if his rumored foe for his comebacker indeed turns out to be verified. Brandon Rios, age 31, sports a 34-3-1 record and is 33-3 in his last six. Perception is that his tank is low and he is being invited to the party to help Garcia get back on track.

We think his fighting pride would be summoned in full and that this bout would be a fan friendly dustup. What say, friends?
