Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. will meet Saturday at The Staples Center for the WBC Frontline Title, in a promotion not tagged “The Fiftysomethings Face-off.”
They stepped on the scale Friday afternoon, and showed off their dad bods for fight fans. For the record, 95% of men and 99% of American men would kill to have those physiques at those ages.

The platform for the scrap, and support bouts, is “Triller,” under the umbrella of “Tyson’s Legends Only League.” There’s some free fare starting at 8 pm ET, a free hour of live boxing, before the start of the pay-per-view main card at 9.

Tyson is, for the record, 54. Jones is 51. They have done a good job hyping the battle, and now it will be up to them to give bang for the bucks.
The Tyson-Jones bout is an eight-round exhibition; they will wear 12 oz. gloves, and will fight two minute rounds. YouTuber Jake Paul faces former NBAer star Nate Robinson and former two-time world champion Badou Jack battles Blake McKernan in an 8-round cruiserweight bout.
