OK, he doesn’t have the most massive Twitter following. But Matt Korobov has been running one of the longer and stronger campaigns to snag himself a meaningful bout that I’ve seen in recent years.
The 35 year old Russian born Florida resident owns a 28-1 mark and craves a high profile tango. The middleweight takes regularly to social media to bang the drums for a fight against a top drawer type, a Boo Boo Andrade, or Jermall Charlo, someone like that.
And you know what…I’m curious to see Korobov put up, see someone like a Boo Boo try and shut him up. If his in ring work is 80% of his social game, then I think we see a pretty fair tussle.
