Frampton-Santa Cruz Rematch In The Works

Frampton smashed...no, scientifically made his way onto top ten pound for pound lists with the LSC win.

Leo Santa Cruz talked about it on a news hit on TV last night and Carl Frampton confirmed it today.

Both men would like to glove up again, before the end of the year, in a sequel to their wicked rumble in Brooklyn on July 30.

The Jackal, messaging from Belfast, won the fan friendly tussle over the Cali based PBC boxer, in a tango which screened on Showtime. “Leo is right , mate. Hope to do it again before the end of the year!”

Frampton snagged the WBA super bantam crown off LSC via MD12, upping his mark to 23-0 with smart pugilism and stellar stamina and composure. LSC, age 29, dipped to 32-1-1.

It’s too early to say when and where but completely appropriate to say, as a fan, I welcome the possibility
